The same principles apply to a penetration test, an Odoo implementation and an industrial IoT project. They are written into every proposal so that both parties know what to expect.

Scope in writing
No work starts without an agreed scope, success criteria and named contacts on both sides.

Evidence over assertion
Findings and recommendations are supported by evidence the client can verify independently.

Proportionate recommendations
Recommendations are prioritised by risk and effort, so the most important items can be addressed first.

Knowledge transfer
Documentation and handover are part of the scope. The client should be able to operate what we deliver.
02Sequence
Five stages, each with a defined output
Discovery
Objectives, constraints, stakeholders and success criteria. Output: agreed scope and plan.
Assessment and design
Current state, gaps and target design. Output: findings or design document with priorities and effort estimates.
Delivery
Testing, configuration, development or installation in reviewed increments. Output: progress log and interim results.
Assurance and handover
Verification against the agreed criteria, documentation and training. Output: final report or handover pack and sign-off.
Support
Optional retained support under a written service level. Output: support records and periodic reviews.

Three ways to work with us
Fixed-scope assessment
A defined piece of work with a fixed deliverable, such as a penetration test, a gap assessment or a fit-gap analysis.
Project delivery
Implementation of an agreed design: an Odoo roll-out, a monitoring capability or an IoT system, from discovery to handover.
Retained advisory and support
Ongoing access to the team for questions, reviews and operational support under an agreed service level.
04Client information
How we handle your data
- Access to client systems and data is limited to what the scope requires.
- A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before discovery.
- Information received during an engagement is stored encrypted and returned or deleted at the end, as agreed in the contract.
- Personal data is processed in line with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.
