02Choosing a plan

Standard or Custom?

Choose by hosting, customisation needs and company structure. If you are unsure, we recommend one after a short call.

Standard fits if

  • You want a quick setup on Odoo Online (cloud)
  • Your processes fit Odoo's standard flows
  • Your integrations are fairly simple

Custom fits if

  • You need Odoo.sh or your own server (on-premise)
  • You need multi-company, Studio or custom modules
  • Other systems need to call Odoo through the External API

03Two costs

Subscription and implementation are two different things

Odoo subscription

A recurring software fee per user, paid to Odoo. It covers every app, Odoo Online hosting, backups, version upgrades and functional support from Odoo.

Implementation by ADN

One-off work: discovery, configuration, data migration, integration, training and go-live support. This is where Odoo starts paying off: the right process, clean data and a team that uses it.

04Packages

Implementation packages

Starting points for the conversation. We fix the final price after a short discovery, because it depends on apps, data, integrations and users.

SME package

Rp 30 million

  • 3 apps: Accounting, Sales, Inventory
  • Up to 10 users
  • Basic data migration
  • 2 days of training
  • 1 month of support

Business package

Rp 80 million

  • 8 core apps
  • Up to 50 users
  • Complex data migration
  • 5 days of training
  • 3 months of support
  • Process optimisation

Enterprise

By proposal

  • Apps and users as needed
  • Custom module development
  • Multi-company
  • API integration

  • Support to the service level in the contract

The Odoo subscription is billed separately. Travel outside Greater Jakarta is charged at cost.

How implementation works

05Scoping

What drives the implementation cost

We do not publish our internal estimating figures, but these are the factors we measure when scoping.

  • Which apps you use and how deep the flows go (approvals, exceptions, controls)
  • How many departments are involved and the hand-offs between them
  • Data: sources, quality and how much cleaning it needs
  • Integrations: e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, logistics, POS, BI or legacy systems
  • Controls and governance: roles, audit trail, multi-company, multi-warehouse
  • Go-live target and whether you need a phased rollout

What scoping gives you

  • A cost and timeline estimate based on scope
  • A phased rollout plan, from quick wins to the hard parts
  • Written assumptions, dependencies and risks (data, integration, adoption)

06Add-on

Common add-ons

We only suggest them when they support stable operations.

  • E-commerce and marketplace integration
  • Logistics and shipping integration
  • Payment gateway and bank integration
  • BI or data warehouse connector
  • Advanced role security and audit controls

07Discovery inputs

Prepare these for an accurate estimate

  • Target apps (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Project and others)
  • Current tools and integrations (marketplaces, logistics, accounting, spreadsheets)
  • Data sources and rough volumes (customers, products, transactions)
  • Reporting, approval and audit needs

08FAQ

Pricing questions

Is this the total cost of the ERP?
Not yet. The subscription is the recurring software fee from Odoo. A project usually also includes one-off implementation: workshops, configuration, data migration, integration, training and go-live support.
How many users do we need?
We map users to roles (sales, finance, warehouse, operations) and design their access rights, so the licence count is accurate and not padded.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many teams start with finance, sales and inventory, then add manufacturing, projects, HR or advanced reporting once the core flows are stable.
What makes implementation cost more?
Most often: data cleaning and reconciliation, the number of integrations, custom approvals or flows, multi-company setups and the number of branches or sites.
Can it be delivered in phases?
Yes, and we usually recommend it: get the core flows live and stable first, then add apps and integrations.
Can you estimate before we buy licences?
Yes. Send your process flows, current tools, data sources and the reports you need. We put together a phased plan, a plan recommendation and a first estimate. Final scope is fixed after discovery.
Do we really get every Odoo app for one price?
Yes, you're not dreaming. Both Standard and Custom include every Odoo app. What differs is hosting and advanced features such as Studio, multi-company and the External API.
What does the subscription include?
Every app, hosting on Odoo Online, backups, monitoring, version upgrades and functional support from Odoo. Not included: Odoo.sh hosting for custom modules, implementation services, in-app credits (SMS, AI bill scanning and similar) and maintenance of custom code. Odoo's terms and conditions have the full detail.
What are on-premise and Odoo.sh?
Standard runs on Odoo Online, without custom modules. With Custom you can stay on Odoo Online, or choose Odoo.sh (Odoo's cloud platform for custom modules, with staging and production) or your own server.
What is the difference between Standard and Custom?
Custom is for companies that need several companies in one database, or customisation through Studio, custom modules or the API.
Who counts as a paying user?
Employees who log in to the Odoo backend to create, view or change records, including an external accountant who runs your books in Odoo. Customers or suppliers who only use the portal, and website visitors who buy online, do not count.
Can we move from Odoo Online to on-premise, or back?
Yes. It is the same software; only the hosting and infrastructure differ. You can download a database backup from Odoo Online at any time. The best moment to move is usually right after the latest stable release.
What does External API mean?
Other software (legacy systems, reporting tools and so on) calling the Odoo API to read or change data. Calls that start from Odoo, such as payment providers, carriers, VoIP or bank sync, do not count as External API and are part of Standard.
